Parking:
Multi-storey parking adjacent to the centre offers over 400 spaces 24- hours a day, 7- days a week parking. The car park provides designated disabled bays and a number of spaces allocated to parents with young children.
Please note, our car park has a height restriction of 6ft 2inches (1.88m)
We are a privately owned car park, and the Southend Parking Pass is not accepted – please refer to Southend Borough Council’s website for more information.

Payment machines are located at the entrances to the car park.
Our car park is open 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. Car park stairwells close 30 minutes after the centre is closed. Please ensure you allow time to reach the car park if accessing it via this route.

Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities
We have Pod Point Open Charge electric vehicle charging on-site for customers. There are 4 x 7kW charging bays available. Each bay has a Type 2 universal socket.

Cycle Parking:
The Royals Shopping Centre has three cycle parking areas: outside Vision Express on Heygate Avenue, in front of the zebra crossing on Pier Hill, and between the car park entrance and our Pier Hill pedestrian entrance.
