The Royals is entirely wheelchair accessible; all entrances and exits to the centre have automatic doors.
The car park is well positioned and provides designated bays for customers with mobility problems. Lifts are also available near the Pier Hill and Church Road entrances.
Accessible toilets are located on Level One near TK Maxx, by the Pier Hill entrance.
Guide dogs are welcome at The Royals Shopping Centre.
With Amazon Locker, you can have your item delivered to our secure locker for pickup at your convenience. Our locker is located on the ground floor of Kings Walk, adjacent to the car park payment machines.
Having your order delivered to an Amazon Locker is simple. When you get to the ‘Select a delivery address’ stage of your Amazon order, use the ‘Search for an Amazon Pickup Location near you’ function. To find our locker, you can search for our postcode, SS1 1DG, or use our unique locker name, ‘Carter’.
Once you’ve made your order, Amazon will email you a pickup code, which you can either scan or input manually to collect your item. Go to ‘About Amazon Locker’ to read more details on delivery prices, parcel sizes and other questions you may have.
Public toilets, including separate baby changing rooms, are located on the ground floor near TK Maxx, by the Pier Hill entrance. A dedicated baby feed area is available here, too, for parents and guardians to feed babies and toddlers within a safe and comfortable environment.
You’ll be in safe hands in case of an accident or emergency. Our security staff are trained in first aid skills, so if you need help or assistance, please ask one of the team.
