MenB vaccinations are available at Boots in The Royals Shopping Centre
If you’re starting university this autumn or meet the NHS eligibility criteria, you may be able to get your MenB vaccine at Boots Pharmacy in The Royals Shopping Centre.
The MenB vaccine helps protect against meningococcal disease, which can become serious very quickly. If you’re eligible, it’s an important part of preparing for university and protecting your health.
Who is eligible to have their MenB vaccines?
- young adults in the school year 13 age group (born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008)
- young people born on or after 21 July 2001 and starting as undergraduates at university for the first time in autumn 2026
- young people born on or after 21 July 2001 living in further education accommodation or halls of residence for the first time in autumn 2026
